Squash gratin

Squash is in the spotlight in this vegetarian dish.

Available in all its forms, grilled, roasted and pureed. It is accompanied by a creamy organic naked oat with Chemin de Hatley cheese from La Station, kale and fennel. All topped with bread crumbs, fresh herbs, sunflower seeds, honey and cheese.

Preparation :

  1. Pre-heat the oven to 375°F
  2. Bake for about 40 minutes until the middle is warm and the top is golden
