Braised pork cheeks

These pork cheeks have been marinated and then slowly cooked in red wine…they are tender and melting ! This dish is served with a mixture of lentils and beans braised in a tomato sauce. To add some freshness to it, add a spoonful of chimichurri.

Preparation :

  1. Heat water in a saucepan and put the vacuum bags directly into the saucepan.
  2. Simmer for 5 minutes. Turn off the heat and leave in the water for another 5 minutes.
