Duck confit parmentier and sweet potatoes

Serving size for 2 or 3 people.

The chef has confied duck legs from Ducs de Montrichard which are then shredded and tossed with caramelized onions, sautéed parsnips, sweet potato purée. Finished with grated Chemin de Hatley cheese from fromagerie la Station.

Preparation :

  1. Preheat your oven to 375F.
  2. Place the parmentier in the oven and bake for 20 to 30 minutes until the cheese is golden brown.
