**All our dishes are homemade from fresh ingredients. They are then portioned and frozen to keep their freshness as much as possible. Do not hesitate to ask us if you want it defrosted.

50g portion size. Served with a maple onion confit and cranberry apple jam

Served with a mixed salad with honey vinaigrette

Caldo verde (Portuguese kale soup)
Potato soup served with sautéed kale and chorizo

Tortellinis with shrimp and lobster bisque
Tortellinis stuffed with shrimps from Matane and slow roasted tomatoes

Braised pork cheeks (out of stock)
Served with lentils and beans braised in tomato sauce and topped with a spoonful of chimichurri

Duck confit parmentier (for 2 or 3 people)
Parmentier of duck confit and sweet potatoes

Squash gratin (for 2 people)
Sliced and grilled butternut squash, spaghetti squash and creamy naked oats

Stuffed chicken breast with mushroom and truffled duxelle (for 2 people)
served with a mushroom pearl barley risotto
