Tortellinis with shrimp and lobster bisque

The chef has prepared you some tortellinis stuffed with shrimps from Matane and slow roasted tomatoes. Served with lobster bisque, fennel, leeks and tomatoes.

Preparation :

  1. Cook the tortellini for 2-3 minutes in boiling water.
  2. In a separate saucepan reheat the bisque and vegetables.
  3. Add the cooked tortellinis to the bisque.
